Black olives in a jar
These black, fully ripe Primopasto olives are dried in salt using an ancient method. Even the ancient Greeks used this vegan method of preserving olives. The light salt note makes this classic olive dish. The concentrated, spicy taste works well on bread or pizza and is ideal for seasoning pastes and tomato sauces. These olives add a certain something to countless vegan dishes and the possibilities are endless.
Our tip: a black pesto made from pine nuts or cashews with a little dried tomato, olive oil and the small intense black Primopasto olives. Add a little salt and pepper and there you have it. The easiest way to make this is in a blender or a mortar.
