The Calvi family has been in the olive business for four generations – uniting cultivation, production and trade under one roof. The prestigious house in Liguria produces nothing but the finest oils.

This olive oil is a special blend of two different varieties of olives. Taggiasca and Ogliarola olives are harvested early and bring a slight spiciness and bitterness to the mixture.
This makes Calvi’s moderately fruity Pinzimolio a special olive oil that’s perfect for cold dishes. This olive oil works particularly well in a vegan emulsion with vinegar, salt and pepper. Use as a dip for vegetables and bread and you’ve got an excellent starter or a small snack.
